Refund Policy

Effective date: April 7, 2026

Corral Pro subscriptions are sold through Paddle, our Merchant of Record. This policy covers refunds for Corral Pro purchases.

1. Refund Window

You may request a full refund within 14 days of your purchase date, no questions asked.

2. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, email contact@corral.sh with your order number. Paddle will process the refund to your original payment method.

3. What Happens After a Refund

Upon refund, your Corral Pro license is revoked immediately. Your account reverts to the Free tier. All Free-tier features continue to work normally, and your projects, domains, Node.js versions, and local configuration are fully preserved — nothing is lost.

4. After the Refund Window

Refund requests made after the 14-day window are handled at our discretion. We may grant exceptions on a case-by-case basis.

5. Renewals

The 14-day refund window applies independently to each renewal period. If your subscription renews and you wish to request a refund for that renewal, the 14-day window starts from the renewal date.
